FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to establish certain provisions regarding inspections of food
service and mobile food service establishments.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 34-18 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:

Section 1. That chapter 34-18 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
Every food service establishment and mobile food service establishment licensed in this
state shall post a sign or decal stating the availability of inspection results on the Department
of Health website on a front entrance or in a conspicuous place. The sign or decal shall include
the website address, department contact information, and a QR code to access the information.

The department may charge a fee for supplying the signs or decals.

location of display for signs or decals, the method of supplying signs or decals, and the amount
