        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to revise provisions regarding farm winery licensure.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 35-12-20 be amended to read:
    35-12-20. A licensed farm winery may operate additional locations in this state by obtaining additional licenses of the same class pursuant to in accordance with this chapter. The combined total quantity of alcoholic beverages wine produced under the original license and any additional licenses combined all licenses obtained by the farm winery under this section may not exceed the total production limits for the license as specified in quantity provided under § 35-12-13. Any additional license issued pursuant to obtained under this section has carries the privileges of the original license of the farm winery, as specified in §§ 35-12-18 and 35-12-19, regardless of the location of wine manufacture. Notwithstanding any additional license obtained under this section, a licensed farm winery is required to hold only as many Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau licenses as may be required under federal law.
