FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to distribute a portion of tourism promotion funds to the
special racing revolving fund and the South Dakota-bred racing fund.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 1-52 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:

Section 1. That chapter 1-52 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:
Five percent of the amount transferred to the tourism promotion fund under § 42-7B-48 shall
be distributed to the South Dakota-bred racing fund, and five percent of the amount transferred
to the tourism promotion fund under § 42-7B-48 shall be distributed to the special racing
revolving fund. The distributions under this section may only be distributed if sports betting is
authorized in the state.
