FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to prohibit certain gender identity instruction in public
schools.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That chapter 13-33 be amended by adding a NEW SECTION to read:

No instruction in gender identity or gender expression may be provided to any student in
kindergarten through grade seven in any public school in the state.
