20:62:01:01.  Notice to and filing with board. Notice to or filing with the board as required by this article shall be done in writing. The written document shall be addressed to the executive director of the South Dakota Board of Nursing and shall be delivered in person, electronically, or mailed to the office of the South Dakota Board of Nursing.
