61:06:01:08. Left outside rearview mirror restriction. If an applicant's visual acuity is 20/40 or better with the left eye and 20/70 or less with the right eye, with or without correction, the applicant shall be issued a driver license requiring a vehicle equipped with a left outside rearview mirror.
