74:55:01:28.  Determination of influence of injection on groundwater. The volume and areal extent of groundwater anticipated to be influenced by the injection activities shall be determined by the owner or operator. The area of review shall include the area within a one-quarter mile radius of the injection well, or as determined by the secretary.
